What
do you mean, without standing? He
was born here!
Mr. Newdow has no standing in the U.S. Court system--he has by his acts
and statements disavowed the Pledge of Allegiance--rejected our
nation's Pledge as Congress lawfully approved it in the 1950s.
WE THE PEOPLE must awake and understand that being born in America or
taking an oath of office does not guarantee loyalty and allegiance to
America. When we find a person that is disloyal to America, we have
an obligation as loyal Citizens to resolve that disloyalty according to
our laws--our Constitution and its Amendments. And they must be
interpreted in the spirit of what was intended, not twisted by liars and
frauds.. When we have someone who is disloyal to America's founding
ideals, WE MUST REJECT THE PREMISE that they still are entitled to all
the standing, rights, privileges and protections guaranteed to American
Citizens! Those that consider this Republic to not be One
Nation, Under God are defining themselves as being outside the moral code
of our Country's Citizenship and in fact revoking our Pledge and any oaths
of office--and thus to be removed from that office immediately, with Constitutional
consequences. Michael Newdow has indeed rejected the principles
within our founding documents and rejecting the Spirit in which this nation
was founded. Mr. Newdow is an Expatriate. He may be in America,
but America is not in him.
Beware "Antarctic-Americans"
Others are also now in America, and America is not in them either.
One of the first clues of true loyalty is what one labels himself or herself.
If you label yourself an American, good. If you call yourself an
Antarctic-American, you are telling me you love Antarctica more than you
love America. And if you raise, with hostility, a foreign flag on
American soil, you are telling people of your true allegiance.
And whether you were born in the U.S. or elsewhere--whether you have taken
an Oath of Citizenship or not--you prove your Allegiance by how you live
and speak, every day. Is your allegiance to The United States Of
America? Then you will be glad to be called an American.
Is your true allegiance to Antarctica? Then you will insist on being
called an Antarctic-American.
Tell me, if your true allegiance is to Antarctica, why are you here?
Why are Antarctica's 'huddled masses' huddled in the first place?
Why are they crouched at America's borders, in rags, hungry, destitute,
willing to risk everything to get here? Why don't you take
America's ideas and share the wealth? We haven't copyrighted the
U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights--copy it and clone it everywhere
you possibly can. That's a foreign knockoff we'd love to see.
Words mean things. So do
flags. So does graffiti, which is also a crude form of hostile flag-raising
over turf that is not your own....
Those that are incited to violence by the sight of OUR flag are the enemies
of this nation. Our enemies. Even if war has not formally
been declared, witness the struggle. Cower not--UNITED WE STAND....LET'S
ROLL!
If you will not fight for right when you can easily win without bloodshed;
if you will not fight when your victory will be sure and not too costly;
you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds
against you and only a precarious chance of survival . . . .There may
be even a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory,
because it is better to perish than to live as slaves. --
Winston Churchill
"God give us men. The time demands
Strong minds, great hearts,
true faith, and willing hands;
Men whom the lust of office does
not kill;
Men whom the spoils of
office cannot buy;
Men who possess opinions and
a will;
Men who have honor; men
who will not lie;
Men who can stand before a demagogue
And dam his treacherous
flatteries without winking;
Tall men, sun-crowned, who live
above the fog
In public duty and in
private thinking."
-- Josiah Gilbert Holland. 1819-1881
